Bookkeeping & Accounting
Bookkeeping is the foundation of the financial structure in a business. If bookkeeping is not done properly, it not only affects tax returns, but also affects the business owners ability to make any financial decisions. It should be a priority of a business to get the monthly bookkeeping done on time.

We work virtually with only QuickBooks Online software. We offer customized service plans to our clients. We offer full cycle bookkeeping and accounting services. We offer fixed prices for our services, so there are no surprises later on.
Payroll
We offer payroll only as an add-on to our monthly bookkeeping and accounting clients. We do not offer this as an individual service. We take care of processing the monthly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and weekly payroll. We calculate stat holiday pay, taxable benefits, submit payroll liabilities information (PD7A) to CRA and reconcile the payments, issue ROEs, issue T4 slips and submit them to CRA. We keep our clients compliant and provide them support related to labour laws and any other questions related to payroll.
Tax Returns
We prepare and efile tax returns to CRA for individuals and sole-proprietors. We make sure that our clients get all the tax credits they are entitled to and we help them understand their tax returns results. We answer all their questions related to their tax returns. We are always ready to help them during the year for any of the questions they have whether they are related to taxes or not. Our relationship with our tax clients lasts the whole year.
Please note, we do not provide tax services to Quebec residents, US residents and Non-residents of Canada.
Catch up work
The catch up work services are provided to the business owners, who fall behind in their monthly bookkeeping. In some cases, it takes too long to realize that they need a bookkeeper. Some try to do bookkeeping by themselves but for whatever reason, the work gets too big to deal with and then they finally realize that they can’t do it by themselves and they come to us for help. We take the burden off their shoulders, get them caught up and up to date with their bookkeeping and then take care of their future monthly bookkeeping. Clean up work
The clean up work services are provided to the business owners who actually do the bookkeeping by themselves, or their family members or friends do it for them. They are sold on the idea that they can buy the QuickBooks online software and they can handle bookkeeping by themselves. Until they try to get their Corporation tax return done from a CPA, or need a loan from the bank, or they get audited by CRA, that’s when they realize that their books are in a mess and they need to be fixed. We help clients in this situation and we clean up their books, get them caught up and up to date and then take care of their future monthly bookkeeping.
